Our Secondary Girls' School is currently seeking a passionate and experienced VCE Business Management teacher. This is a permanent part time role offering 0.2 FTE, 10.45 hours per week across 2 flexible days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging VCE lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and VCAA requirements
  • Design and assess student work in accordance with VCE assessment protocols
  • Use data to inform teaching practice and support student progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development, moderation, and exam preparation
  • Create and enhance a positive, safe and challenging learning environment
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources that engage students in learning

Qualifications/Skills Required

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience teaching VCE – Business Management or any 3.4 VCE subjects
  • In-depth knowledge of VCAA study designs and assessment requirements
  • Knowledge of how students learn and how to teach them effectively
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Current VIT registration
