St Kilda Rd (Stage 2)

Growing for a healthier community

The visionary Senior Living and Community Precinct to be developed on 619 St Kilda Road will be the culmination of two capital developments: St Kilda Rd (Stage 1) also known as The Hannah & Daryl Cohen Family Building and St Kilda Rd (Stage 2).

Jewish Care has completed a detailed research project into the potential future uses of this prime real estate. The results will be used to guide the overall physical design and optimal mix of services that best meet the needs of our community as they ‘age in place’. At this stage, the architectural brief and business model for Jewish Care St Kilda Rd (Stage 2) are being evaluated.
