In response to the growth of antisemitism and its psychological impacts, Jewish Care has expanded its mental health and wellbeing services for anyone seeking assistance from across the Victorian Jewish community.
Our focus is on providing supports that are safe, respectful, and culturally anchored. With deep listening, patience and understanding, we will work with individuals and families to ensure you are supported in a way that best meets your needs.
The mental health and wellbeing program provides:
- Social workers to assist with mental health, wellbeing, and life challenges
- Assistance with accessing and coordinating appropriate services or supports
- Clinical counselling and psychology services delivered through a range of therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs
- Collaboration with Jewish community organisations to provide connected, localised support and workforce development
Whether you are seeking supports in person or online, the mental health and wellbeing program is easy to access. We invite you to reach out if you are looking for direct support or just want to learn more.
