About the Role
The Operations Manager is the backbone of the club, responsible for keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly so athletes, coaches, and volunteers can focus on loving the game.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Committee, including the President and Vice President and volunteers to execute key strategies, oversee programs and ensure the successful operations of the club.

- Oversee volunteer management
Working Hours
Part time – 20 hours
Qualifications/Skills Required
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Experience: in administration or related field, with a preferred understanding of basketball or sport
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Values: A strong passion for community sports and an understanding of the Maccabi Victoria community and its cultural values.
- Organization: The ability to multitask, manage volunteers, and handle logistics.
- Certificates: Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
