Our Girls' Secondary School is currently looking for a Learning Enhancement Administrator.
This is a part-time, fixed term position until March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
The role offers 0.4 FTE, 15.2 hours per week across Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The primary responsibility of the role is to assist the Head of Learning Enhancement/Coordinator of our Learning Enhancement Department with the day to day demands of running a successful department.
More about the role:
- Schedule termly Progress Support Meetings (PSGs) for the LE Coordinator
- Update Individual Education Plans (IEPs) after PSG meetings
- Update and assist with preparing special provisions list for exams
- Ensure all students accessing support/funding have a teaching and learning tracker on SEQTA
- Assist with scheduling, follow ups and student support information
- Assist with other admin duties within the school as instructed by the LE Coordinator

Qualifications/Skills Required
About you:
- A good ability to work independently and take initiative to plan and complete tasks
- Previous experience will be required working with children/students with specialised and complex learning needs
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a school is highly advantageous
- Experience working in social work or counselling/teaching will be advantageous
- A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
