About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and diligent Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a vital opportunity for a self-motivated contractor who views numbers as the fuel for our mission's growth. You will be responsible providing professional bookkeeping services to our Mordialloc office, we are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the wholesale/distribution sector, handling multi-currency transactions and coordinating finance with operational teams

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Xero Expertise: Advanced proficiency is essential, including account reconciliation, multi-warehouse, and multi-currency environments.
- Proven experience in a wholesale/distribution business model.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Logistics and Production teams regarding inventory movements and financial reconciliation.
- Flexible enough to jump between core bookkeeping duties and general office administration.
- Organisational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously to meet strict deadlines
- Long-Term Partnership: We are looking for a dedicated professional to grow with our global wholesale mission.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
