About the Role

Our Boys' Primary School is seeking an excellent 1:1 Integration Aide Specialist to join our team of dedicated educators for an immediate commencement.

  • To support one particular high needs student with their physical, emotional and learning needs over 5 days a week.
  • Jewish and General Studies knowledge.
  • Be responsible for coordinating with the relevant school staff to ensure all needs are met.
  • To make themselves and the student they are assisting, a part of the whole class setting rather than an isolated unit within the classroom.
  • Taking notes and providing administrative support to ensure adherence maintain

 

Working Hours

This is a term-time, full time role with a fixed contract until 12/12/2026.

 

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • A good ability to work independently and take initiative to plan and complete tasks.
  • To be aware of the teacher's expectations of the student in the class and to support teachers in the modification of student's programs.
  • Previous experience will be required working with children/students with specialised and complex learning needs.
  • Experience working in social work or counselling/teaching will be advantageous.
  • A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children.
