About the Role
NAX Capital is seeking a friendly, engaging and resilient experienced Telemarketer/Sales Consultant to proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls, promote company services, and generate qualified leads that support business growth. While prior crypto experience is a bonus, the role requires clear confident communication, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset to build rapport and drive conversion.
This is a full-time OR part time permanent onsite position located at our modern office on 570 St Kilda Road between the hours of Monday- Friday 8am-10pm (standard 38-hour week for full time role)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and call both new/cold leads (prospecting) and warm (nurturing) leads
- Follow a structured call script while adapting tone and messaging to suit the prospect
- Introduce and explain services clearly — including traditional financial offerings and crypto-related solutions (training provided)
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and identifying interest or suitability
- Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM system (e.g. interested, follow-up needed, not suitable)
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for senior team members when appropriate
- Meet daily and weekly call targets (e.g. number of dials, conversions, appointments booked)
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone throughout
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to refine outreach strategies and share feedback from calls
- Stay updated on basic product knowledge and any new offers or campaigns
- Liaise with internal departments and ad hoc administration as required

About You
This role is perfect for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives on conversation and knows how to build rapport quickly over the phone- who is confident, persuasive, and not afraid to handle objections with professionalism
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a Telemarketer or Sales Consultant role (or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
- Prior exposure or interest to financial services or cryptocurrency is advantageous
- Must be able to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and hit KPIs
