Our Girls' Primary School is currently looking for a Learning Enhancement Administrator to join the team. This is a 12-month contract working full time Monday to Friday (term time only), with the possibility of extension.
More about the role:
- Coordinate the scheduling, preparation and follow-up for Program Support Group (PSG) meetings.
- Manage bookings and administration for YBRP meetings and related processes.
- Coordinate communication with parents regarding Learning Support Services (LSS) and Learning Enhancement (LE) support.
- Administer student participation in competitions, including parent communication, enrolments, payments, competition setup and distribution of certificates.
- Maintain and monitor the NCCD tracker, including key dates for IEPs, PSGs, case conferences, communication sessions and Learning Enhancement activities.
- Coordinate the administrative requirements for JCAS and State Speech Funding, including applications, documentation, record keeping and compliance processes.
About you:
- A good ability to work independently and take initiative to plan and complete tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a school is highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office and school-based information management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

This is a 12-month contract working full time Monday to Friday (term time only), with the possibility of extension.
