About the Role
Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will provide high-level executive, operational and administrative support across both professional and personal commitments.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating order from complexity and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office and helping maintain a positive, organised and high-performing environment for the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars, meetings and scheduling priorities
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials
- Managing communications, emails and stakeholder coordination
- Supporting strategic projects and tracking key actions and deadlines
- Coordinating office operations, suppliers and facilities
- Assisting with company events, offsites and team logistics
- Providing personal assistant support to the Founder/CEO where required
- Acting as a trusted point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications/Skills Required
About You
You are highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You enjoy being one step ahead and take pride in creating structure, efficiency and seamless support for others.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving business
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Experience within financial services, investment, startup or fast-growth environments will be highly regarded, though not essential.
