About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of planning, implementation and administration and operational support to WIZO Victoria -and to provide service that ensures that administration contracted service levels and KPI’s are met.
The role encompasses managing the administration and operational support team that supports the WIZO Victoria’s programs or other as required.
The role supports programs, events, membership, fundraising, communications, and governance, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, professionally, and in line with its objectives and WIZO Victoria’s Constitution.
- The person must be comfortable with:
- Building lasting relationships that can be relied on to help bolster our reputation.
- Managing a membership base which consist of Groups and Presidents who run these groups.
- Managing Volunteers.
Working Hours
Your hours of work are 38hrs per week in the WIZO Victoria office
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to assess risk and provide risk-based recommendations
- Experience in day to day management HR issues and situations
- Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft
- MS access experience desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Experience in using Canva
- Basic Knowledge of Try booking, Humanitex and QR codes.
