A statement of excellence
Nestled in the picturesque St Kilda is the Hannah & Daryl Cohen Family Building, a spacious 156 bed residential aged care facility that promotes comfort, independence and luxury to make your stay as relaxed as possible. This is part of the St Kilda Road Senior Living and Community Precinct that is envisioned becoming one of the leading edge aged care and community services facilities for the Jewish community in Victoria.
The nine-story facility will comprise seven levels of residential aged care and two levels of essential community services including cultural and spiritual services, health and medical services, financial services, education and employment centre, rehabilitation services as well as light retail spaces for residents and visitors.
Our Hand-in-Hand model of care built on the best-practice philosophy of a small household concept creating ‘family groups’ will be driven throughout the Hannah & Daryl Cohen Family Building to facilitate inclusion and to ensure dignity and wellbeing of our residents. The three-tiered aged care product offering – Traditional, Classic and Choice combined with a host of exclusive amenities will further augment our service proposition creating a unique style of accommodation to enable a safe, secure and nurturing environment for independent living.
