Jo Gatehouse

Director: Clinical Governance, Risk & Experience

Jo Gatehouse is an experienced clinician and governance executive with more than 30 years' experience across aged care, health and community services.

Throughout her career, Jo has developed and implemented governance, risk and quality frameworks that strengthen organisational performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. As Director Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience at Jewish Care, she leads the organisation's quality, clinical governance, risk and consumer experience functions, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred services.

Originally trained as an Occupational Therapist, Jo is passionate about ensuring the voices and experiences of consumers inform service delivery and organisational decision-making and is committed to delivering positive outcomes for residents, clients, families and the community.
