Fiona Grinwald

Board Director (Co-Opted)

Fiona has a long-standing commitment to community wellbeing and public service. 

Her career spans more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within the Victorian government, where she worked on social policy reform across multiple portfolios. 

Fiona has led the development of organisational and behaviour change initiatives in complex care settings, and management experience in operating a multi-disciplinary medical practice.

Now bringing her experience in government relations to support not-for-profits across Australia, Fiona is committed to contributing to organisations that deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
