With an early professional background in law, Galit brings strong expertise in people and culture and workplace relations which underpins her approach to people leadership across corporate, elite sport and now the health and community not-for-profit sector.

Galit is deeply committed to building inclusive, values-led cultures that support both staff wellbeing and quality outcomes for clients and communities. She has extensive experience leading culture and change initiatives, strengthening leadership capability and aligning people strategy with service delivery and community impact.
