About the Role

As a Mini-Bus Driver volunteer, you will play a key role in providing transportation for our residents from aged care facilities on short 30-minute trips. Your assistance will contribute to their well-being and enrich their lives by allowing them to enjoy outings and events.

  • Safely driving the mini-bus to transport residents to and from their desired destinations.
  • Ensuring the comfort and safety of residents during the journey.
  • Engaging with residents in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Following all safety guidelines and traffic regulations.

Working Hours

Once a week for two hours.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • A valid driver's licence and a good driving record.
  • A friendly and patient demeanour.
  • A willingness to interact with and assist our residents.
