Interest Free Loans

Providing a financial boost.

Jewish Care is proud to continue our community’s long-standing tradition of micro-lending. We offer eligible community members safe, fair and affordable lending options to help with a range of expenses including entrepreneurial ventures, life events, major expenses and other costs.

Our loans offer a flexible, impartial and confidential alternative to engaging risky high-interest lenders or borrowing money from family and friends. We aim to help individuals and families to reach their economic goals and feel independent and in control of their finances.

An interest-free loan can be used to:

  • Launch or expand a small business
  • Reskill or further your education
  • Buying a new home
  • Assist with major expenses like home renovations, cars or whitegoods
  • Consolidate credit card and personal loan debt
  • Assist with Jewish life events such as simchas or Shnat
  • Help with medical expenses
  • And more!

Whatever your needs, our experienced staff will treat your application with understanding and confidentiality. To ensure that these valuable communal funds are used responsibly, we will ask for evidence of your capacity and intent to repay your loan, and work with you to develop a repayment schedule that fits your financial circumstances.
