With an extensive work history, Shey has a proven track record in residential and home-based aged care services providing leadership and guidance in operations, funding, clinical governance and risk management. She has worked for some of Victoria’s and Australia’s largest private, listed and not-for-profit aged care providers in key leadership roles.
Shey began her career as a Registered Nurse at the Alfred Hospital over 20 years ago and has more than 15 years’ experience in the aged care sector and is dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to the aged care community. She is committed to building staff capability, developing skills and maintaining a high performing team with a focus on embedding a continuous improvement culture.
Shey holds a Bachelor of Nursing and is undertaking Master of Business Administration at Latrobe University.
