Cindy will be working with the entire organisation to achieve value for Elders, clients, staff, key partners and stakeholders. Cindy has a proven capacity in developing, implementing and evaluating strategies that improve client outcomes and staff working environments in complex care settings, with a track record of effective change management and organisational problem solving.
Cindy arrives at Jewish Care with an impressive record, having most recently been the Divisional Director of Emergency Services, Cardiology and Intensive Care at Northern Health; Heath Care Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers; and Project Officer, Emergency Department Redesign, St Vincent’s Hospital.
Cindy holds a Master of Health Industry Management; Master of Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy; Bachelor of Physiotherapy; Bachelor of Science and has been a previous Board Member of Omeo District Health. She is currently a non-executive Director at GriefLine.
