The role:
As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and high quality services and support to end users. The key functions for this role include service delivery management, release management, change management, vendor management and stakeholder management. The IT Operations Manager’s responsibility is to ensure the Jewish Care IT environment is operational according to business requirements and in accordance with the service level agreements.

Qualifications/Skills Required
You will bring:
- Expert knowledge and expertise of IT Service Management including escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines relating to service delivery
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery management and Service Desk environment
- Proven experience working with multiple critical business applications requiring 24x7 availability
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels and build trust through consistent actions and communication
- Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant field, and ITIL certification. Microsoft Azure and Project Management certifications are desirable
- Understanding of the Aged Care, Community or Disability sectors is desirable

- Tertiary qualification in IT or relevant field

Desirable:
- Microsoft Azure certification
- Certification or working knowledge in Project Management
- Understanding of the Aged Care, Community or Disability sectors
