Valeria holds postgraduate qualifications in human resources and leadership; Diploma in Hotel Management, Associate Degree in Food Science and Coaching and Conflict Resolution.

Valeria is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over 12 years’ experience in executive management roles spanning aged and community care, manufacturing and professional services.

Extremely effective at developing and driving strategy whilst partnering with internal stakeholders and leaders; Valeria strives to effect transformational change by focusing on developing capability, with outcomes centred on continuous improvement that enhance the staff experience.

Valeria’s focus and passion on increasing engagement and building relationships, is key to her success, as she strives to enable and empower staff to deliver outstanding care and services to the community.
