An inclusive community for all

Glen Eira Villas offers people a unique blend of housing, individualised support and community engagement. Residents are supported and included in social and community activities in which they are interested. It is a place where people with a disability can lead the life they want, enjoying their independence, knowing that support is available should they need it.

Comprised of four villas and sixteen suites, Glen Eira Villas offers a permanent home for sixteen adults. Sensitive design supports companionship with a variety of both private and communal spaces for residents to use as they wish.

In addition, four custom-designed respite suites provides essential time out for carers and enables adults still living with their families to trial independent living.

Conceived and designed following intensive community consultation with individuals, their families, carers, support providers and industry experts, Glen Eira Villas provides housing specifically designed and geared to residents’ unique needs and goals.

Glen Eira Villas is situated in the heart of the Victorian Jewish community. The choice of location embodies Jewish Care’s commitment to mishpacha (family), enabling residents to live in the midst of familiar people and places where they are personally known and loved and surrounded by the vibrant cultural life to which they belong.
