Information, Assessment and Referral
The Jewish Care Information, Assessment and Referral team are the ‘front door’ to all of our services.
Life is full of challenges. Some are expected such as those associated with growing older, while others such as sudden illness, loss of a job or the death of a loved one, can catch us unprepared. If you’re facing a difficult time, or if you or someone you know needs support, Jewish Care can provide information, assessment, referral and support.
We provide vital assistance to thousands of people in our community facing a whole range of challenges – unemployment, financial obstacles, marital conflict, family violence, old age, disability, mental health issues, trauma, grief and loss.
Staff speak a range of community languages and are sensitive to the diverse cultural and religious needs of the Jewish community.
