Housing Support
A place to feel secure
We believe that it is a basic human right for every person to have a safe, affordable and secure place to call home. Jewish Care advocates for people in need of accommodation in the Victorian Jewish community, and can help you to identify affordable housing alternatives.
Jewish Care's Housing Support assists individuals and families experiencing housing difficulties to identify and access suitable accommodation options.
Jewish Care helps people navigate the complex and sometimes overwhelming process of applying for accommodation. We can provide assistance in finding live-in or shared arrangements. We will strive to find housing in which you feel comfortable, supported and connected to the community. We also provide short term housing for those in need while waiting for longer term housing.
What we offer

- We will provide you with timely information, support and advocacy to access suitable housing; arranging live-in, shared or transitional housing options.
