Jewish Care is committed to care and service delivery based on Quality Improvement principles. Quality Improvement is a formal approach to the analysis of performance and systematic efforts to improve it.

The Research, Quality and Innovation Policy (RQIP) has been established to ensure all care and service delivery is based on 7 Customer Service principles:

The Quality Management System (QMS) provides the framework for the organisations systems and processes and the opportunity to continuously improve them.

Research


A research agenda has been developed across Jewish Care's programs and includes, but is not limited to, wound and medication management, housing and palliative care in the Jewish community.

Quality


An organisation wide quality management system now provides a more streamlined framework for policies and processes, risk management and compliance through:
  • Internal monitoring program across all programs
  • Robust information management system
  • Risk treatment program which is reviewed on a quarterly basis, and
  • A system for providing an opportunity to comment, suggest improvements, compliment or complain through "Your Say"
