Adults and Families Services

Families come in all shapes and sizes. When we say “family” we also mean friends, colleagues and neighbours – everyone in our bigger Jewish community family.

Being part of a family means celebrating our successes and being there for each other when times are hard.

At Jewish Care, we exist to enhance the lives of people living within our community to ensure adults and families get a helping hand up – not just a hand out – when they need it. We offer support for thousands of adults and families in our community facing a whole range of issues – disability, ageing, financial obstacles, mental health issues, unemployment, family violence, trauma, grief and loss.

We believe in possibilities. Because we believe in people. We believe that with the right support, we can help people to meet the challenges they face.

In every conceivable manner, the family is a link to our past, a bridge to our future.
