Activity Support Worker
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Activity Support worker to join Jewish Care.
This role involves providing assistance with social activities including arts and craft, games, outings, picnics, discussion groups, music, bowls and socialising.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting and cleaning up activities
- Supportive duties as negotiated with the program or recreational coordinator
- Provide an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants
- Offer a consistent, non-judgmental relationship to all clients
- Give and receive constructive feedback
- Comply with the supervision and training requirements of Jewish Care
- Adhere to the confidentiality policy of the organisation

Support
Ongoing support for this position will be provided by the Program Organiser and Activities Coordinator.
Commitment
Two hours per week or as agreed.
Age requirement
Must be over the age of 16, otherwise be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This role offers a supportive, close-knit team and onsite car parking.
