Fundraise at School
If you have a classroom full of active children and students, why not tap into their energy and organise a school fundraising activity?
Children have endless energy and enthusiasm. Getting children involved in fundraising can be an educational and inspiring experience that teaches them about the values of compassion and giving.
School fundraisers are a great vehicle for students to learn and develop personal skills such as confidence, self-esteem and goal setting. At the same time they learn the value of working as a team to achieve positive community outcomes.
Fundraising at school is an excellent opportunity to not only raise money for Jewish Care, but it is also a fantastic way to teach children of all ages about the Victorian Jewish community. With teachers, students, and families working as one, no fundraising effort is too large to consider.

Fundraise at Simchas
It is in times of happiness that many people share their joy by requesting donations to charity in lieu of gifts. By asking for donations to Jewish Care in place of presents for a birthday, bar/bat mitzvah, engagement, wedding or anniversary, you are extending your hand to those in our community who need it most.
If you are having a simcha, you can set up a specific online fundraising page on www.mycause.com.au where all your guests can donate to Jewish Care in lieu of gifts.
