Meigan Lefebure, General Manager Services for Older People brings to Jewish Care extensive experience in aged care, leading and developing operational strategies, regulatory compliance, risk management and business services.

In her most recent role as General Manager Operations at Gold Age Pty Ltd, Meigan designed and implemented financial strategies that significantly improved operational performance and successfully streamlined the operational processes across four diverse sites. With her commitment to excellence, Meigan achieves significant success for client outcomes.

Meigan holds qualifications as a Registered Nurse Division 1, successful completion of the Aged Care Quality Assessors Course, Post Graduate Diploma of Gerontology, La Trobe University, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, participated in the SAGE Aged Care Study Tour in North America in 2008 and various other educational achievements.

Meigan is currently a Panel Member for the Nurse Adviser and Administrator Panel for the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, a Committee Member of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) industry reference group, and has previously been on various other boards & panels including ACCV, the Australian Centre for Evidence Based Aged Care, the Aged Care Panel and Advisory Committee and Panel of Judges for Australian Nursing Awards.
